The 2011 Season proved to be a real challenge for the team with all the develoment work, fine tuning and learning that comes from racing a new machine. The MR Equipe built chassis that the team now proudly race has proved to be a revelation in terms of handling, braking and ability.

For these reasons the team took longer to 'gel' with the outfit tahn they had hoped for but by the later stage of the season were getting to grips with the potential clearly available from the outfit. A few teething problems were encountered over the season including front shocks that mysteriously lost their damping, head bearings that suddenly went loose and brakes that needed a lot of effort to get sorted. However all were small issues in the greater scheme of things and in summary the season went well for the team and they are very happy with the new outfit.

2012 will see a few changes to the outfit in the search for some more power from the engine, both Grant and Ian getting fitter and possibly a change of tyre?
